How long will my order take to dispatch
We shall endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hrs. All orders placed after 3pm may be dispatched the next working day.
How long will my order take to arrive
We have 2-3 options available for shipping. Royal Mail 1st, 2nd class tracked and express next day shipping via DHL courier service. When you receive your order/shipping confirmation your tracking details will be included. Please see shipping times below. Orders placed Monday to Friday 3PM:
- Royal Mail 1st Class - 2-3 Days
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - 3-4 Days
- DHL Express - Next Working Day (UK)
- DHL Express - 1-5 Days (Rest of the world between)
* Please note we do not ship on bank holidays/public holidays.
* Next working day delivery does not include Saturday or Sunday as a delivery day.
How to return an item
We except returns up to 30 days from the time your Gymvikings order is delivered. All orders wanting to be returned should have the original packaging and tags still attached. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return process. Please quote your order number, name, address and reason for return.
Do we offer exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for returned items. A refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you would like a different size, colour, style please place a new order with us.
Can I change or edit my order
Prior to orders being shipped we are able to make amendments to your order details, please note this may incur delays to your order shipping time. Once orders have been shipped we are unable to make any amendments. Please note if you have selected DHL express shipping you will be able to make adjustments to the shipping address via the DHL Delivery On Demand service.
Customs and VAT fees
International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country, we have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which you may incur. You the customer will be responsible for paying all customs fees associated with your order. If you refuse to pay the customs charges applied by your countries laws your shipment will be returned to our warehouse, in this event a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Received the wrong item
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item please contact us at email@example.com Including your order number and the wrong item received.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with details of the fault plus photos at firstname.lastname@example.org
*Please note - Any claims made for faulty items must be made within 7 days of the delivery.
